At The Firm Aesthetics, we value your time and appreciate the same consideration for our providers.

All new clients are required to have a valid card on file when booking an appointment.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

All services are non-refundable.
